How to start my Canadian Immigration Process?

Step 1: Find out if you’re eligible. We recommend hiring a Legal Agency/Representative holding or employing a Canadian Government Registration.

Step 2: Obtain an Assessment from a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) registered with CICC, based on your personal qualifications and documents, of your potential immigration paths.

Step 3: Scan and provide needed documents with the help of a Personal Immigration Expert.

How do I know that an Agent/ Agency is Legal?

To check for the Authenticity and legality of your consultant, see if they are registered with CICC. You can just visit the CICC website, fill in the agency’s RCIC's name or registration number and see if they appear on the list.

    What is IELTS/ TEF?

There are two test providers, authorized by the Canadian Government.

The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is a standardized English level test.

If you want to take your language test in French, you must take the Test d'évaluation de français (TEF). Both IELTS and TEF results are valid for 2 years.

IELTS is designed to help you work, study or migrate to a country where English is the native language. There is a different IELTS for Academic/Students and a regular immigration IELTS. Make sure to pick the right one for you.

TEF is an international benchmark test that measures a person's level of knowledge and skills in French.

When should I take IELTS/ TEF?

We recommend that an Applicant/s FIRST go through an Official Assessment done by a RCIC/ Law Society Lawyer before applying for the Languages Exams. The IELTS/ TEF Result must satisfy the requirements of the specific immigration program that the Applicant/s are eligible for based on the initial Assessment performed by the Representative.
